Where are the bridesmaids dresses made?
All of our dresses are made in the USA. Our dresses are held to the highest standards resulting in impeccable quality.
How do I pick the best size for me?
We recommend going to a professional, such as a tailor, seamstress, or dry cleaner, to get measured. Once you find out your measurements, please consult our sizing chart to figure out which dress size will fit you best. Please call us if you have any questions and we will be more than happy to help.
Can I have the bridesmaids try on the dress to make sure it suits their various body types?
Yes. We would like you to have the same experience trying on dresses as you would in a bridal boutique. We can send you a size 12 in any dress that you would like along with clips to help you pinch it back if you are smaller so that you can try it on in your own home. All you will need to do is provide a credit card number and pay for the dresses shipping. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not return the dress or if the dress is returned with damage. Do you do alterations?
If you choose, you can have us alter the length of the dresses for a fee. However, we do not make any other alterations. If you would like to have further alterations, we suggest taking the dress to a tailor that has worked with delicate fabrics before so that you get the best finished product.
How much in advance do I need to place my order?
The lead time to make the dresses is 5 to 8 weeks for a bridal party. We recommend giving yourself a few extra weeks to cushion that time in case the dresses need alterations. If you are purchasing a single dress for a black tie event, please let us know when the event is, and we will let you know if we can meet that timeline before proceeding with the order.
Will you take my bridal party order if it is less than 8 weeks?
Yes, we will take rush orders for an additional fee. Please see our details page for further information.
Why do you suggest all of the bridesmaids place their order before you proceed?
We want to ensure that you get the best product. We suggest bridal parties order together so that there are not any dye lot issues, where the dresses might be slightly different in color.
Will I be charged sales tax? If yes, what is it?
If you are in the USA having your order shipped within in New York State, you will incur the 8.875% sales tax along with any county taxes that may apply. However, if you are in the USA and having the order shipped outside of New York State , you will not incur any sales tax.
