Fabric/Dye-lot Variations
We offer our dresses in either 100% silk charmeuse or 100% poly charmeuse depending on the style. You may use either the matte or shiny side of the fabric. Due to variations in dye-lots, colors might vary slightly from the color card. For this reason we suggest bridal parties order at the same time and contact us to let us know their order is part of a bridal party. Regardless of varying styles for the bridal party, we do our best to make sure that the entire party’s dresses are from the same dye-lot.
Sizes
We offer our dresses in sizes 0-16. Please refer to our sizing chart to figure out what size you are based on your measurements. To ensure that you get a dress that fits well, we recommend having your measurements taken by a professional (e.g. tailor, dry cleaner). It is better to err on the larger side, as a dress can be taken in, but not let out. If you would like to order our dresses, but do not fall into our standard size range, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note a surcharge will be accessed to cover our incurred expenses. Pregnant? Fear not. Luckily, most of our dresses have a higher waist and full skirts that can accommodate a growing baby. Again, it’s always better to err on the larger when placing your order. Alterations
As noted on our website, we do offer the ability to alter the length on the dress for a fee; however, all other fit issues will need to be handled separately. While we do our best to make sure that we find a size that will fit you the best, not all bodies are shaped the same. If you feel the need to make alterations, we are not responsible for any incurred costs from alterations.
Delivery/Lead Time
The estimated lead time for an entire bridal party is 5 to 10 weeks from the date the entire order is placed and payment has been received. Rush orders on bridal parties are available for a fee. If you are ordering a single dress for a special occasion please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping & Taxes
Please note a signature will be required to receive the package. If you prefer you may waive the signature, but we will not be liable for any delivery issues. All rush shipments will incur additional charges. All shipments to New York will incur sales tax.
We happily ship world wide. Please note that all prices are in US Dollars (USD). All additional taxes, duties custom fees, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid upon delivery. Please contact your local customs authority about additional costs and methods of paying.
Payments & Return Policy
As all garments are made to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your item is damaged in anyway we will gladly exchange your item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt with original tags attached.
